EAT SAFE TO SAVE THE PLANET

Delhi-NCR's gleaming new food hub will see parents, chefs and restaurateurs come together to discuss how they can team up to ensure our children get back to eating local and seasonal fruits and vegetables, and turn their back on junk food and colas. It will be a celebration of the central message of the Tasting India Symposium: Eat Safe to Save Our Planet. The evening's highlight will be a discussion on 'Good Parenting Starts at the Kitchen' followed by an pan-Indian dinner prepared by DLF's leading chefs with fresh, seasonal and organic produce.

The audience will consist of residents / future residents of DLF's prestigious real estate projects, important corporates living in Gurgaon, leading 'mommy bloggers' and home chefs of Gurgaon, members of the Facebook food group, and Gurgaon Food Freak, hospitality sector leaders, restaurateurs and professional chefs, and the international delegates as well as the local star speakers of the Tasting India Symposium.

The organisers of the Tasting India Symposium will promote the event through their social media channels and PR network. We can in fact turn this evening into a trending social media showcase of the Horizon Center Courtyard.

PROGRAMME FLOW

7:30 P.M.: Guests arrive. Welcome drinks. Meet-and-greet hour.

7:55 P.M.: Emcee requests guests to settle down and introduces the evening. She will then call the panel to take their seats.
